Hey there, welcome back (or welcome!) to this edition of The Smart Growth Roundup! I hope you are staying safe and healthy in this season. After moving back to Virginia from Texas these past few weeks, we were all hit with a cold. Our bodies aren't used to the freezing temperatures anymore! Thankfully we're all on the up-and-up and are excited to introduce our son to his first snow.
